Villa Vittoria is a beautiful villa located in the mountains about 14 km west of the small cozy fishing village of Cefalu and about 3 km outside the town of Lascari.

The villa is located with a breathtaking panoramic view of the area and not least the coastline between Palermo and Cefalu. You cannot get tired of enjoying the view. This is certainly a villa that gives you peace of mind.

Villa Vittoria is on three floors, and you enter the villa on the middle floor, where you enter a large combined dining/living room, from which there are some impressive panoramic windows facing the coast. Here is also a large open kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave and ordinary oven. Here is a smaller dining area next to the kitchen and also a guest toilet and a smaller storage room with washing machine.

On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. From this room there is a large terrace. There is also a large bathroom with shower and tub.

On the lower floor there are also two bedrooms; one with a double bed and from which there is an exit directly to the pool area, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

This division of the sleeping area makes the villa perfect for sharing between for two families or two couple of friends, who would like to spend holidays together but also want to have their own sleeping area. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms, but not on the middlefloor.

From the middle floor there is access to a lovely large terrace; here are both dining table and chairs and also a sofa group with table. From the terrace you can enjoy all the meals of the day and not least enjoy the views of the mountains, the sea and the small surrounding towns. Perfect for the siesta in the shade with a book, to drink your morning coffee or have an aperitif at sunset or just watch the bathing kids in the pool. A little away from the terrace is a big barbecue, perfect for outdoor barbecue evenings.

The well-equipped pool area is located in front of the villa; here are both sun umbrellas, sun loungers and small tables. The pool is 12 x 6 meters long and wide and with a depth of between 1.30 - 2.20 meters.

The nearest town is Lascari about 3 km away, where you will find a small grocery store, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy and bank. In the town of Gorgo Lungo about 2 km from Lascari and almost down the coast is a large and well equipped supermarket (ARD) where you will find everything you need.

The nearest major town is the beautiful fishing village of Cefalu, which, with its small, dingy streets with restaurants, bars and shops built around the large cliff La Rocca, is certainly worth a visit.

All along the coastline from Cefalu to Lascari there are lovely sandy beaches where you can take a dip in the warm Mediterranean sea.

It is difficult to find such a complete villa that offers almost everything you want in your vacation: well organized and well equipped sharing villa, beautiful terrace with wonderful views, large pool area where children and adults can splash around all day, close to a shopping facilities, close to the beach and with nice Sicilian cities within a short drive.
