In betwwen the trees in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, you will find a rare peace and quiet that surrounds Casa Ilenia. If you want a villa with lots of privacy, bird song and green surroundings, this will suit you perfectly.

Here you can completely disconnect from every day stress; Here is room for both sitting on the terrace and enjoying the sun's rays, but also for pulling the chair into the shade, that the many trees around the property provide.

The villa - sleeps 5 - is spread over 2 floors; on the ground floor you will find in an open plan with living room, dining room and newly renovated kitchen, which has both oven, hob (gas) and dishwasher. There is a direct exit from the kitchen and into the garden. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom in wrought iron with a private bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is another bedroom with double bed. This room is connecting with another room with a single bed. There is also a bathroom attached.

Casa Ilenia also has air conditioning, wireless internet, washing machine and dryer in the villa.

You have the whole villa for yourself, and that also means that the pool (4 x 8 meters and 1-1,40 meters deep) is exclusive to you. At the pool area you will also find sun loungers. There is also a large garden with lots of lawn where you can romp. At the house there is a good terrace with barbecue for outdoor meals.

While staying in quiet and peaceful surroundings, you are just a mile from the nearest supermarket in the town of Marciano. In the town of Cesa (2.8 km) you will find both a supermarket and a restaurant. A little further away are the towns of Foiano delle Chiana (7.7 km) and Monte San Savino (8 km), both smaller towns, but having restaurants, supermarket and a few shops.

About 4.5 km from the villa you will find the small water park Aquapark Crocodile, which is a bit dated, but never the less can be nice for a cozy day with the children.

In addition, you can visit the town of Rapolano Terme (30 km), which is a town with hot springs and natural baths, if you want a little wellness and relaxation.

The towns of Cortona (23 km) and Arezzo (27 km) are both exciting, picturesque towns; they have a lot of  delicious restaurants, bars, shops and museums.

Casa Ilenia is for the family who wants to holiday with lots of peace and privacy, but at the same time be close to shopping, restaurants and the possibility of sightseeing in Tuscany and Umbria.
