Villa Anita is a charming Tuscan estate that offers stunning views from every angle. When coming to the villa, you will be welcomed by majestic driveway lined with Cypress trees.

The villa can comfortably house up to 14 guests, with the main building accommodating 8 and the adjacent annex housing 6. The property has a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with the option to convert a studio into an additional bedroom for 2 people.

The ground floor of the villa features a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and an open and airy dining room that leads directly onto a large terrace, where guests can enjoy stunning and colorful sunsets while dining al fresco. Additionally, there are 2 double bedrooms on this level that share a communal bathroom.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, while the underground level comprises a living area, a studio with an en suite bathroom that can sleep an additional 2 people, and a large gourmet kitchen and dining area perfect for hosting cooking classes or parties.

Close to the main house, there is an annex which includes another kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and a lounge area with access to a panoramic terrace. In the annex a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Lastly, on the attic floor, there is another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

The outdoor of the villa consists out of a garden with trees and some flowers, outdoor covered area with barbecue, and a private pool (4 x 8m) equipped with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing while enjoying beautiful landscapes. 

The privacy of guests is highly valued by the owners, although they are always ready to assist and provide support throughout their stay. Upon request is possible to arrange for the guests rich breakfasts, cooking courses, tastings and special dinners to taste local dishes or to celebrate something special like anniversaries or birthdays.
